UGC NET Result 2020 | UGC NET Score Card, Cut Off

UGC NET Result 2020 for June session will be declared on 5th July 2020. UGC NET will be conducted two times for the year 2020. National Eligibility Test is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of the Union Grants Commission. Indian candidates must appear in this examination for the post of Assistant Professor and Research fellowship programme. UGC NET Result 2020

The provisional result of the examination will be declared one week after the successful completion of the examination. The candidates will be able to check their result through online mode.

The NTA will not issue the mark sheet for qualified or not qualified candidates. Candidates must take printout of UGC NET 2020 result for further use.

UGC NET Result 2020 Date

The NTA will declare the UGC NET result 2020 through the online mode. The examination will be conducted from 15th to 20th June 2020.

The result will be announced on 5th July 2020. Candidates will be able to check their results by entering their roll number, application number and date of birth on the website login page.

Candidates will be able to access it via online mode. No candidates will be informed individually about the releasing of their result. The marks of all the candidates will be uploaded on the website after declaration of result.

UGC NET 2020 Cut off

UGC NET 2020 Cut Off marks will be released after the declaration of results. Candidates have to obtain the minimum cut off marks to get selected in the merit list.

The merit list will be prepared category-wise and subject-wise for each subject. Only top 6% qualified candidates will be considered for Junior Research Fellowship programme.

Candidates can check the cut off marks after its declaration by the officials. It will be made available only through online mode.

UGC NET Merit List 2020

A separate category-wise and subject-wise merit list will be prepared for the candidates those obtained the qualifying percentile of marks. Top 15% candidates from the merit list will be declared NET qualified for eligibility of Assistant professor only.

Among NET qualified candidates a separate merit list will be carried out for the award of JRF. The qualifying marks criteria are set by the NTA/UGC will be final.

UGC NET Answer Key 2020

After the successful completion of UGC NET examination, the exam conducting authority will release the answer key for all papers. UGC NET answer key will be published in the month of June 2020.

Authority will also provide with the facility to challenge the OMR Sheet/answer key for candidates. For challenging each question, candidates will have to submit the Rs. 1000/. If the challenge is accepted by the authority, the fee will be refunded.

UGC NET 2020 Selection Procedure

Candidates qualifying the entrance exam UGC NET 2020 will be selected in subject & category wise merit list. Top 6% of total students who have appeared for both papers in the test will be considered qualified in entrance test.
